This folder contains the input for running the jupyter notebook for the Site Demonstrator SD5.1 within the DT-GEO project (DTC-T1) and output of the notebook. SD5.1: Embedding landslide tsunami sources into the PTF The notebook SD5/landslide-workflow/sd5-1.ipynb uses the December 28,1908 Mw of 7.1 Messina event as a test case for the mini-workflow that embeds landslide sources into the PTF. It shows how the pre-computed database of landslide and tsunami simulations is used to compute the probabilities of maximum inundation heights along the coast of East Sicily, given the ensemble of earthquake sources compute by the first step of the PTF. The notebook can be downloaded at https://gitlab.com/dtgeo/site-demonstrators/site-demonstrator-5 and can be found inside SD5/landslide-workflow. The input files for this notebook are divided in three separate folders: - ptf-input: input files needed to run step 1 of the Probabilistic Tsunami Forecasting (PTF) workflow - precomputed-database: files related to the runup values from the pre-computed tsunami simulations - rvsampler-rundir-messina-20250806: files related to the release landslide volumes and probabilities from the pre-computed database sd5-1.html is the output of one run of the jupyter notebook.
